FLISA Executive Director Attends NIISA Conference

Tom Schneider, Executive Director of FLISA was invited by our the NIISA Executive Director to attend that organization’s conference in December.  This informative conference provides inside into the many positive outcomes of impact aid dollars in our partner Native American schools.
